Artist

Statement

Involuntary, is a feminist take on slasher films, critiquing the men’s rights movement, conservatism, and incel culture prevalent among some young men. It explores how right-wing extremists radicalize men through technology, like podcasts, but questions whether media is to blame for the violence they commit, or whether we should blame society, the men themselves, or a combination. This film allows the audience to form their own conclusion.
